1 bundle Bok Choy
1-2 tablespoons Szechuan Chili Oil 1 for starters or 2 for the daring
4 cloves Garlic Minced
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

    After washing the bok choy, cut off the bottom end of the stalk so the leaves can be pulled apart and separated.

    Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat for 30 seconds. When the pan is hot, add garlic and Szechuan chili oil, heating for another 30 seconds until fragrant. Throw in the bok choy and cover the lid. Cook for about 8 minutes until the vegetables are bright green and wilted.

    Then add the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing well to combine. Turn off heat immediately and serve. Enjoy!
