2 ounces Soju I used Charmsoju
4 ounces Tomato Juice
1 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
3 thin slices Ginger Crushed
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Lime Juice only
Garnish
1 stalk Celery
Kitchen Supplies
Cocktail Shaker
Collins Glass

    Combine all ingredients except garnish (soju, tomato juice, wasabi paste, ginger slices, Sriracha hot sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper and lime juice) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    Shake well to combine.

    Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes. Strain drink over the ice and garnish with celery stalk. Enjoy!
