A very simple recipe for delicious meatballs using Japanese panko breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients: Japanese panko breadcrumbs, ground onion, and ground black pepper. In a separate small bowl, whisk the egg with worcestershire sauce.

Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Pour egg mixture over ground beef, then the dry ingredients. Using your hands, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Form 10 medium-sized meatballs and place onto baking pan. Bake for 22 minutes then remove from oven and enjoy hot!
