6 heads Butter Lettuce Whole green leaves only (not inner leaves)
2 Mexican Mango Sliced into 1-inch chunks (substitute with regular mangoes)
1 Red Onion Sliced into very thin rings
1 cup Grape Tomatoes Halved
1 cup Pecans Ripped into small pieces
Dressing
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Honey

Prepare ingredients

Wash butter lettuce (green leaves only). Discard stem and inner leaves. Pat dry and add to large salad bowl.

Slice mangoes, red onion, grape tomatoes and pecans. Add to bowl.

Toss all ingredients to combine.

Combine well sesame oil, apple cider vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Enjoy!
