Steps

1
Done

Clean oxtails

Rinse oxtails and place in a bowl of water for about 15 minutes. This will draw out the excess blood and impurities. Drain the water with the impurities and pat oxtails dry. Set aside.

2
Done

Sear oxtails in pressure cooker

Press the "Sauté" button on pressure cooker. In 1 minute when hot, drizzle the vegetable oil all around the base of the pot. Sear the oxtails for 1 minute on each side until browned but not fully cooked.

3
Done

Make soy broth

In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, low-sodium soy sauce, mirin, pear, honey, gochujang, sesame oil and ginger. Pour into pressure cooker over oxtails.

4
Done

Cook oxtails

Close lid of pressure cooker, then press "Meat" button. Using the "+" button, increase time to 45 minutes. When finished, the pressure cooker will automatically switch to "Keep Warm/Cancel" mode. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Move the steam release handle on lid to "Venting" position to let out the steam. Pressure will release automatically in 15 minutes, then open lid to remove oxtails and braising liquid from pot. Before serving, strain excess oil from braising liquid. Enjoy!

heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly.
I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same
outcome.
