1/2 pound Pork Loin Finely chopped
15 medium Shrimp Finely chopped
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ground White Pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 stalk Scallion Thinly chopped
2 slices Ginger Grated
12 Square White Wonton Wrappers
3 cups Water Substitute with chicken broth for soup

In a large bowl, combine pork, shrimp, sugar, mirin, light soy sauce, ground white pepper, sesame oil, scallions, and ginger. Using your fingers, mix well. Marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Place one tablespoon of the filling at the center of each wonton skin. Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, then pull all corners together and press with your fingers to seal tightly. Set aside and repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Place the wontons in the pot and cook for 5 minutes (or when the water starts to boil again). Enjoy hot immediately or freeze for up to 3 months.
