1/2 tablespoon Gelatine One 1/4 oz packet
50 ml Boiling Water
1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar
200 ml Water
1 tablespoon Pandan Juice

Enjoy this pandan jello with homemade Halo Halo Waffles!

In a small bowl, mix gelatine powder with 50 ml boiling water.

In a small pot over medium heat, add 200 ml of water. Add confectioners sugar, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and add gelatine water and pandan juice to it.

Transfer jelly mixture to a container for solidifying. Refrigerate for 4 hours and jello will be ready!
