1/2 tablespoon Shiro Miso White Miso Paste
1/2 teaspoon Honey
1 pound Branzino Substitute with Sea Bass or any whole fish

Make Sauce

In a medium pan over low heat, melt the butter until brown specks appear, about 10 minutes. Then add white miso paste and honey, stirring immediately and quickly to combine. Turn off heat and set sauce aside. Leave excess butter on pan for cooking fish.

Cook fish

Turn heat up to medium. Place fish in pan and cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes with lid covered. Fish is ready when the center is opaque and no longer pink. Turn off heat and transfer fish to serving plate. Pour sauce over fish and enjoy hot!
