1 package Soft Tofu Sliced into 16 pieces
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Eggs Beaten
1 cup Japanese-Style Breadcrumbs Substitute with Panko
Broth
1/2 cup Anchovy Broth Substitute with chicken broth
1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium
1 tablespoon Honey
Garnish
1/4 Daikon Radish Finely Grated

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Prepare the tofu

After slicing the soft tofu into smaller pieces, one by one, cover the entire surface with whole wheat flour. Then dredge in eggs and finally in Japanese-Style breadcrumbs. Set on a deep baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes on middle rack.

Make the broth (while tofu is baking)

In a small saucepan, combine the anchovy broth (see simple-to-make homemade recipe), low-sodium soy sauce and honey. Bring to a boil over high heat then set aside.

Serve and enjoy

Remove tofu from oven and place 2-4 pieces in each serving bowl. Drizzle 3-4 spoons of soy broth over the tofu then top with daikon radish. Enjoy!
