If you enjoy cooking food as much as you enjoy eating it, then you are at the right place. As a Chinese American business professional based in New York City who started to learn how to cook only a few years ago, I’ve always wanted a place where I can find simple and healthier Asian recipes for beginners. With a passion for learning and cooking, I embarked on this journey to share my take on popular Asian food and beverages: ALWAYS healthy, yet simple and delicious!
Many of us are often discouraged from making Asian food for fear it is difficult, unhealthy or may require hard-to-find ingredients or tools. With a strong desire to share the cuisine of my heritage, I hope Eat the East will change our perspectives for the better.
